Modern Family House Anchored Between 2 Beautiful Gardens

Plenty of instances when a new home takes the location of an older one the base and footprint stay more or less the same while everything else is totally reimagined. This was clearly one of these instances: a family house designed by architects Fox Johnston and Modscape that was constructed in 2018 at a region from Tamarama, Australia.

The home 337 square meters of dwelling area in complete and includes a footprint like what the older home which used to occupy the website needed. The new layout complements the website and functions as a connector between front and back gardens optimizing the link between the indoor and the outdoor spaces.
